(This is the issue mentioned from issue #243)

When at the log-in page for the Facebook: Message event, if you hit the cancel button inside the iFrame (rather than the cancel button on the Mayhem configuration window), Mayhem no longer crashes, but instead now does two things:

1) "Success" is still printed in the top left of the otherwise blank iFrame
2) "Cannot log in, please accept "Mayhem" when prompted to above." is printed on the config window as an error...but we're never prompted to "accept Mayhem" anywhere - nothing happens
