v833 - Serial Modules unresponsive after disconnecting USB

description

When I have connections set up with the Serial Modules, run them, disconnect the USB from the COM Ports, plug the USB(s) back in and attempt to trigger again, the modules are not responding

Partially fixed. If you unplug from just one of the ports, replug and retrigger after a few seconds, it works. However, if you unplug from both ports, plug them both back in and attempt to retrigger, it will not (unless you turn the connections off and on again). Reactivating issue.
