http proxy support required, with authentication

When i tried to create RSS feed alert (and many others), i got the error "407 Proxy Authentication Required".
Is it possible to add authentication support for proxy server?

You would be interested in some changes I just pushed :p Also, may I ask what proxy server you are using to test this?

Thanks, WillBebe, i have http-proxy with authentication at work, will check it at monday. Sorry, i cannot share its address and credentials with you.
