v768 - Facebook mods should have different names

description

To keep things clear as well as consistent, the different Facebook modules should be named slightly differently; i.e. "Facebook: Wall Post", "Facebook: Notification" and "Facebook: Message"

Partially fixed in v769; the names in the event/reaction lists need to be changed, as well (currently the change is only in the config windows). This has helped me to catch a related consistency bug, which is good - I'll write that up right now
