v626 - Motion Detector doesn't work with default Area of Interest

It also appears that the Motion Detector doesn't respond when you leave the Area of Interest set at the default selection (regardless of sensitivity selection).

Closing Old Vision Module issues. New Vision Modules coming, these issues are moot.
