v529 - Video reaction - skipping/speeding through frames

description

When watching the playback of the Video reaction recording, it is now seeming to skip frames or speed through a handful of them at various points throughout.

Closing Old Vision Module issues. New Vision Modules coming, these issues are moot.

Video buffer gets scrubbed before a new video is recorded, so this shouldn't happen.

Frames can get dropped from the write queue if the hard drive is unable to write out frames sufficiently fast. Maybe we should introduce a low-res mode.

Could you please verify this behavior again (V531)?

I am still seeing this behavior in v532. However, it may be something wrong with my computer...I am seeing all sorts of slow behavior and freezing issues lately when I've got Mayhem running, and will be in the office tomorrow to take a look at it with Ernie.
