I've create a simple trigger to play a sound when insteon triggers.  Seems to work perfectly on the 1st attempt.  If I try and trigger again in say under 3 seconds it crashes.  If I wait ~10seconds it works.   

Anyone seeing this?  Anyway to debug (without being a code master?)
